The benefits of mediation
A fresh pair of eyes and ears can help kick start the necessary conversations where communication has previously broken down.
We create an open environment that gives everyone the opportunity to have their say. By allowing people to negotiate they are able to move from a stuck position and begin to settle their long standing issues.
Mediation is a recognised alternative for dispute resolution, less formal than court proceedings, and proven to be effective for addressing a wide range of issues and complexities.
The whole process is:
- Voluntary
- Confidential
- Impartial
- Constructive
- Resolution Focused
“Don’t be afraid to have certain conversations. It’s better to talk and find out, than keep going and get nowhere.
Communication is key”
