How it works
- The mediator will initially meet with the relevant stakeholders (typically the line manager or HR representative).
- A "one to one" meeting will be held with each of the employees concerned.
- A joint mediation meeting will then be held with the employees and the mediator.
- A follow up "one to one" meeting will be held by the mediator and each employee 4-6 weeks after the joint mediation meeting.
Our mediators remain impartial and focused on reaching a resolution between the individuals. We allow all parties the time to express their issue, explore different options and reach a mutual agreement.
